Do I need a card?

No. Your access code covers TreatPath, and nothing is charged. If your code has an end date, you can choose to subscribe before it ends.

Is it really $0 for 60 days?

Yes. You add a card on Stripe’s secure page so there’s no interruption later, but nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, it’s $299.99/month.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from your portal: Billing → Manage billing. Cancel before your trial ends and you’re never charged. No contract, month to month after that.

Does it work with my PMS?

TreatPath reads the treatment plan your system already prints or shows on screen. It’s verified on Dentrix and Dentrix Ascend and works with most major practice management systems. We’re actively improving how it reads plans from others.

What about patient privacy?

Every service that handles patient information is under a signed Business Associate Agreement, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each practice’s records are kept separate. Your practice gets a BAA with us too, accepted when you sign up.

Do I need special hardware?

Google Chrome on your office computer and any iPad. Nothing to install.
